Frustrating!!

I dislike New Mexico so much!!! As everyone knows, we just changed our names and now we are having to go through changing all of our documents. And of course that includes our marriage certificate and Lee and Kayde's birth certificates. Lee's certificate was easy because with Texas there are forms online to fill out and mail in. However, with Kayde's birth certificate and our marriage license. I could find any information on the website and they didn't even have a phone number to call. Heck, for that matter they didn't even give me an idea of who I should call. So now I have to figure out who I have to call and then call them. This is so frustrating!!!!
