Children!!!

I found out a few very interesting things this weekend. 1. Never trust a 3 yr old with sunflower seeds, just because they take off the shell in front of you, does not mean they will take off the shell in their bedrooms. 2. Sunflower shells do not pass easily through a 3 yr olds digestive system, they are very painful as a matter of fact. 3. When all else fails to cure a diaper rash, browned flour will do the trick. There is never a dull moment with these two. And I love every minute of it.

Ben and Jerry's

I found this on the internet today and for some reason it reminded me of Betsy.

You Are Phish Food Ice Cream

You've been described as gooey and fudgey. Sorry.

The cool thing is that Fhish Food is my favorite!!!
So I send out this questions to all my readers. What flavor Ben and Jerry's Ice Cream are you?

Computers!!

Alright I know that some of you will understand where I am coming from and others will just think I am nuts but I have come to this conclusion. I don't care about computers!!! Now don't get me wrong, I like using them, they can be very fun and useful. However, I don't care how they are set up, I dont care how they were developed, and I really don't want to know. If I have a problem with my computer, I am perfectly content taking it to someone else and paying them to fix it. I really don't want to know!!! I am sure that some of you are wondering where this is coming from. Well, as I mentioned in an earlier blog, I am taking a class to become a medical transcriptionist. Now let me first say that part of the reason I am doing this is because I can work from home. With that being said, this STUPID class feels that I need to know the complete history of computers, everything about them!! It is soooo boring. Before that they had me learning how to carry on a professional conversation. And how to look professional and how to act, and while that may be helpful to some people, I don't need to know it, I don't care to know it, and all it really does is aggrevate the heck out of me because I don't care. Anyway, just had to get that off my chest. Other than that everything is great. Until next time. God bless you all. Brandy

wassup

Hey guys, not much going on here, but Saturday night Martin was giving Lee a hard time because he never writes on his blog, and I was talking about how I keep mine updated and then I realized that I haven't updated in a while. Not much is new, although I did start a new class. There is a college in Pa. that offers online classes to become a medical transcriptionist and I started those classes around a month ago. Its actually really cool, because I can do my lessons when ever I want and still take care of my girls. After I get done with my classes, I will get a certificate and can find a job that I can do from home and still make anywhere from $30,000- $45,000 a yr. which is perfect for us because that means Lee won't have to kill himself at work for us to be able to survive. But other than that not much. Anyway until next time, God bless you all. Brandy

Miracles

Well, last night I watched God in work, twice. Let me start at the beginning. Last Sunday night I was sitting at the computer and I felt something bite me twice on the back of the leg. One of the bites went away, but the other one got extremely infected and I ended up having to go the the E.R. Thursday night because it got so bad that I couldn't even put any weight on it and could barely walk. Anyway let me spare you the details of that experience lets just say that it involved many drugs and surgical tools. Anyway, I started on antibiotics on Friday but they didn't seem to be helping. Well, last night Lee was changing my bandages and he noticed that it was moving up my leg and that the right side of my thigh was extremely swollen. Well he got on the phone with a nurse trying to get clearance from our insurance to take me to the ER, and Nick told him to pray over it. Well, Nick and Lee laid hands on me and they prayed and within an hour the swelling had reduced, the pain was just about gone a I could walk normally again!!! And as if that wasn't enough! Kylee had gotten really fussy and had an upset stomach and was spitting up and couldn't sleep. So I went and got Nick and we prayed that she would be able to sleep and within an hour she was asleep and slept clean through until 8:30 this morning!!! Is God good or what??!!!!
